1. Seller
[Company name], [address], NIP [number], e-mail support.nostalgic75@gmail.com. The seller runs the Nostalgic game server and this website.
2. What you buy
Premium Account time for one Nostalgic game account: 30, 90 or 180 days. Premium unlocks premium areas, houses, promotion and premium spells. It does not give items, experience or in-game gold. Prices are shown in euro and are final prices.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. The seller never sees your card details. Available methods depend on your country, for example card, BLIK or Przelewy24.
4. Delivery
Premium time is added to the account automatically, normally within one minute after the payment is confirmed. If you are online you receive a message in game; otherwise it is active from your next login.
5. Right of withdrawal
Premium time is digital content delivered right away. Before paying you ask for immediate delivery and confirm that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the time is added to your account.
6. Complaints and refunds
Write to support.nostalgic75@gmail.com with your account number and order number (it starts with ord_). We answer within 14 days. If Premium was not delivered, we deliver it or refund the payment. Refunded Premium time is removed from the account.
7. Bans
Accounts banned for breaking the Nostalgic Rules keep their Premium time for the period of the ban. Premium time is not refunded for bans.
